- Shipping Notes
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Shipping charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Order Shipment
If your order is in stock we will process charges to your credit card. Standard delivery is 7-14 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up tp 3 weeks for delivery. Feel free to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to check status of your order.
Please note that some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
- Cancellations & Refunds
We have 30 day no questions asked return policy for the most of our products depending on the brand. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. If If you wish to return a product you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). Swings and More sells products that are custom made or (Made to Order) and are non-returnable.

- Product that is not in reselable condition
- Special purchases: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection or color
- Product that has been assembled, installed or modified or used in any way
- Product that is not in the original box and missing any packaging materials or parts.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.Items has to be in original packaging.
Please note: Due to photographic and printing processes, colors displayed on flyers, pamphlets and/or website may vary from actual product. Please choose custom color carefully. Make sure to double check color codes you like.
